AffiPro Rhizopuspepsin column

AffiPro Rhizopuspepsin column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Rhizopuspepsin aspartic protease.

The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to any HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-002 at 0.2 mL/min and 0-4°C.
