AffiPro Pepsin column

AffiPro Pepsin column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Pepsin aspartic protease.

The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to any HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-001 at 0.1 mL/min and 0-4°C.
