AffiPro Nepenthesin-2/Pepsin mixed column

AffiPro Nepenthesin-2/Pepsin mixed column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Nepenthesin-2 and Pepsin in optimized ratio.

The combined stationary phase was specially designed and optimized for characterization of antibodies and membrane proteins. The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-006 at 0.2 mL/min and 0-4°C.
