AffiPro Nepenthesin-2 column

AffiPro Nepenthesin-2 column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Nepenthesin-2 aspartic protease.

The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-004 at 0.4 mL/min and 0-4°C.
