AffiPro Nepenthesin-1 column

AffiPro Nepenthesin-1 column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Nepenthesin-1 aspartic protease.

The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to any HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-003 at 0.1 mL/min and 0-4°C.
