AffiPro Aspergillopepsin column

AffiPro Aspergillopepsin column is designed to perform protein online digests by immobilized Aspergillopepsin aspartic protease.

The AffiPro columns can be connected directly to HDX system and deliver digested peptides to LCMS to characterize the sample protein.

Picture shows digestion of myoglobin by AP-PC-005 at 0.4 mL/min and 0-4°C.
